Dr. Lauren Pastucha

Dr. Lauren Pastucha completed her undergraduate schooling at West Virginia University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology; she furthered her education by obtaining a Doctorate of Optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. She has been practicing optometry since 2014, and has been with Eyetique from day one! Dr. Pastucha became an optometrist because it grew to be a family profession that she wanted to be a part of, and what she loves most now is that she can help her patients and educate minds all without being the stereo-typical white coat doctor.

Dr. Joanne Adolfo

Dr. Joanne Adolfo completed her undergraduate schooling at University of California, San Diego where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology; she furthered her education by obtaining a Doctorate of Optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. She has been practicing optometry since 2009, and has been with Eyetique since 2014. Dr. Adolfo became an optometrist because she felt passionately that eyesight is a gift we should never take for granted and she wanted to be sure that people did not do just that. She feels that the most rewarding part of being in her role is seeing the smiles on her patients’ faces when we help them.

Dr. Gerald Bell

Dr. Gerald Bell completed his undergraduate schooling at Carnegie Mellon University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; he furthered his education by obtaining a Doctorate of Optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. He has been practicing optometry since 1998, and has been with Eyetique since 2016. Dr. Bell made a career change at age 26 to become an optometrist because the eyes became more and more fascinating to him as he investigated the field. Dr. Bell enjoys being an optometrist because he’s meeting a variety of people each day and it keeps it fun and interesting. He will be the first to tell you, “my previous career in civil engineering was a bit boring.”

Dr. John Burke

Dr. John Burke completed his undergraduate schooling at Indiana University of Notre Dame where he earned his Bachelor’s of Science Degree; he furthered his education by obtaining a Doctorate of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry. He has been practicing optometry since 2008, and has been with Eyetique since 2011. Dr. Burke became an optometrist because he felt it was a profession where he could make a real difference in patients’ lives, and it also offers the opportunity to develop long-term doctor/patient relationships. He loves what he does because there is nothing better than “seeing the immediate smile on a child’s face when they look through their prescription lenses for the first time.”

Dr. Ryan Centar

Dr. Ryan Centar completed his undergraduate schooling at University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology; he furthered his education by obtaining a Doctorate of Optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. He has been practicing optometry since 2015, and has been with Eyetique since early 2018. Dr. Centar became an optometrist because he worked in the field as a tech and it piqued his interests. What he loves most now is that there is an equal balance between patient interaction and medical decision making, which keeps daily life interesting and different.

Dr. Marla Crawford

Marla Crawford, O.D. received her Doctor of Optometry from Indiana University Bloomington and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Saint Vincent College. While attending Indiana University Bloomington, Dr. Crawford received the Gold Key Leadership Honor in recognition of her involvement in school organizations.

In practice since 2018, Dr. Crawford enjoys interacting with the variety of people she meets in the office each day. Dr. Crawford loves the active role she has in improving her patients’ daily lives by providing them with clearer vision and by teaching them about their overall eye health.

Dr. Meghan Dugan completed her undergraduate schooling at Penn State University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Sociology; she furthered her education by obtaining a Doctorate of Optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. She has been practicing optometry since 2015, and has been with Eyetique from day one! Dr. Dugan became an optometrist because she wanted to help people see the world the best way possible, and what she loves most now is that she gets to do just that.

Dr. Samantha Jenkins

Dr. Samantha Jenkins completed her undergraduate schooling at Youngstown State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Biology. She furthered her education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Vision Science as well as a Doctorate of Optometry from Nova Southeastern University. She has been practicing optometry since 2008 and has been with Eyetique since 2018. Dr. Jenkins became an optometrist because she had an interest in the medical field from a young age. She loves to help people see the best they can while being able to impact their overall health. Outside of work, Dr. Jenkins loves to bake, collect and read books, and spend time with friends and family including her two pups; Bella and Zoey!

Dr. Brandy Keener

Dr. Brandy Keener completed her undergraduate schooling at West Virginia University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science; she furthered her education by obtaining a Doctorate of Optometry degree from Ohio State University College of Optometry. She has been practicing optometry since 1996, and has been with Eyetique since early 2017. Dr. Keener became an optometrist because she has a deep love of science and a desire to make a difference in peoples’ lives. What she loves most now is that she grows to have great rapport with her patients, and that alone makes her job that much more rewarding.

He has been practicing optometry since 1995, and has been with Eyetique since 2016. Dr. Kerr became an optometrist because he had a desire to improve the ocular and systemic health of patients. He loves what he does because he genuinely enjoys helping others achieve their highest quality of vision and helping them to maintain their overall ocular health as well.

Dr. Ellen Lebow

Dr. Ellen Lebow completed her undergraduate schooling at the University of Pittsburgh where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in biological sciences. She furthered her education by obtaining a Doctorate of Optometry at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.  Dr. Lebow has been practicing optometry for 35 years with two separate stints at Eyetique.  She was at Eyetique for 20 years, first from 1987 to 2007, then again starting in 2018.  Dr. Lebow began studying to be an optometrist because her father told her to do it.  The part of being an optometrist she likes the most is all the great people she gets to spend time with.  Outside of work she enjoys running, cycling, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Susan Ross completed her undergraduate schooling at CUNY Brooklyn College where she earned a Degree in Math; she furthered her education by obtaining a Doctorate of Optometry degree from SUNY College of Optometry. She has been practicing optometry since 1977, and has been with Eyetique since 2014. Dr. Ross became an optometrist because she had an interest in the medical field and the ability to provide care in many different practice modes. Now, what she loves most is the patient interaction and the long-term patient/doctor relationships she has built up; she can watch her patients grow up over the years and then bring in their children.

Dr. Heather Snyder

Ohio State University graduate Dr. Heather Snyder joined the Eyetique family in 2020. Dr. Snyder is skilled in all aspects of vision care but she specializes in Pediatrics and Binocular Vision, and contact lenses. Dr. Snyder’s favorite part of being an optometrist is, “the conversations that carry on throughout the exam.” She loves sharing what she knows in order to help a patient. But, what she likes most is hearing what her patients are passionate about in their own lives.

Dr. Jenny Tran

A graduate of Ohio State University, Dr. Jenny Tran joined Eyetique in 2020. While Dr. Tran excels at all aspects of vision care, her special field of interest is medical contact lenses. When asked why she became an Optometrist, Dr. Tran said, “I liked the one-on-one interaction that I get to share with patients. I love helping people discover a better, cleaner world.”

Dr. Kathryn Woeste

Dr. Kathryn “Katie” Woeste completed her undergraduate schooling at Case Western Reserve University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology; she furthered her education by obtaining a Doctorate of Optometry degree from Ohio State University – College of Optometry. She has been practicing optometry since 2014, and has been on the Eyetique team since day one! Dr. Woeste became an optometrist because she has wonderful memories of getting her first pair of glasses at a young age, and wanted to help other children (and adults) have the same great, eye-opening experience. Today, she has this to say: “We rely so much on the sense of sight, and it’s a great feeling to have a positive impact on improving a patient’s vision.”

Dr. Christopher Short

Christopher Short, O.D. received his Doctor of Optometry from Indiana University in 1999 and earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Northern Iowa in 1995.

Dr. Short has been practicing for more than 20 years and takes great pride in providing exceptional patient care by establishing connections with each of his patients and never letting questions go unanswered. He particularly enjoys primary eye care and fitting contact lenses where eye and overall wellness are measured.

When not treating patients, Dr. Short can be found golfing, reading mystery novels, and working on his house.

Dr. Stephanie Roytman received her Doctor of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2014 and earned her Bachelor of Science from the Ohio State University.

Dr. Roytman enjoys seeing patients of all ages and caring for families over the years. She believes that one of the direct connections to improved quality of life is improved vision and eye health. Outside the clinic, Dr. Roytman loves to travel, hike, catch some live music, and try new restaurants.
